Gratuity is a small amount of money given based on services rendered. It’s based on how much the bill is combined with the quality of the service.
The tip is based only on what people think your service was worth. If you’re only getting 15% or 20% tips, your service is only worth that much.
Nobody, and I mean nobody, has any obligation to pad your paycheck just because they make more money or think they’re important.

When it comes to the “flavor of love” girl, it’s someone from “flavor of love”. How respectable did you honestly expect them to be? You should have seen that coming. In my mind leaving nothing is only acceptable if the food was horrible and the server wouldn’t help you correct the food.
