    Easy read, very enjoyable. On top of teaching you “how to be a better restaurant customer,” Marta Daniels gives you an in-depth look at how restaurant is run. Seriously, who knew a host’s job was more complicated than seating you down? Book doesn’t have technical, hard to understand jargon. Great for pastime reading!
